Fill in our membership form
Your sales representative will send you the membership form. In that document you fill in information about your company, what kind of membership you prefer and what markets you would like to access.

Enclose the following documents
These documents should be provided in English, Norwegian, Swedish or Danish:
- most recent annual and interim reports approved by audit.
- original transcript of your company certificate and signature booklet (not older than two months)
- articles of association
- official list of authorized signatories (not older than two months)
Send the membership form and the enclosed documents by email to your sales contact or to salescommodities@nasdaqomx.com
Agreements are sent out via email
Which documents are being sent depends on you membership. You can view the templates of the agreements in our document library.
You return the signed agreements to agreement@nasdaqomx.com and the originals to:

Approval
When your company is approved as member, a key account manager at NASDAQ OMX Commodities´ financial market is appointed to assist on all kinds of issues related to trading and clearing.
