In accordance with the Swedish Companies Act, the General Meeting is the highest decision-making body in a limited company. The General Meeting elects the members of the Board of Directors and auditors, and also makes decisions regarding amendments to the Articles of Association and changes to share capital. It is the intent of OMX, in accordance with the provisions of the Articles of Association, to hold General Meetings in such a way that promotes shareholder participation at General Meetings and facilitates discussions and decision making at these meetings.
