Remuneration to the Board of Directors is resolved at the Annual General Meeting. The Annual General Meeting in 2007 resolved that remuneration to members of the Board of Directors who are not employed by the company would amount to SEK 2,250,000 of which SEK 750,000 to the Chairman of the Board and SEK 250,000 to Board members. In addition committee fees shall be paid in the amount of SEK 100,000 to the chairman of the Audit Committee, SEK 75,000 to the other members of the Audit Committee and SEK 50,000 to each member of the Remuneration Committee.
