NASDAQ OMX offers training for Board Members, senior management, and auditors of companies listed on NASDAQ OMX Stockholm.
Agenda:
- Introduction to NASDAQ OMX
- The importance of financial markets in transformation
- The Swedish Securities Market
- Stock Exchange rules: listing requirements and disclosure rules
- Insider crime and other types of market abuse
The training covers the listing agreement, listing requirements, and insider trading issues. To make it easier for everyone to participate, NASDAQ OMX may offer individual company training or training by video conference.
Location: The seminar takes place at NASDAQ OMX, Tullvaktsvägen 15, Stockholm.
The seminar is free of charge for members of the board of directors, senior management, and auditors of companies listed at NASDAQ OMX Stockholm. For other participants, the fee is SEK 3000 per person.
