Business strategy
Together with senior management, Advisory evaluates and develops alternative business strategies and sets up goals for the organization or market based on business and operational prerequisites and international best practice. Examples of projects are evaluating alliance and merger opportunities or developing an expansion roadmap, adding new markets or business lines.

Business model Adding new instruments to your market, changing your service offering, responding to competition or changing price strategy impact the way you carry out your business. Advisory will review and analyze the implications of your movements before taking action, for example by looking at competition and expected changed trading behavior or by making fee simulations. Operating model In the operating model, the organization’s internal assets are evaluated as to how they can best be leveraged to meet business goals. Examples of the Advisory contribution could be design of governance structure, organizational setup, legal framework and the processes and interf.aces internally as well as between the participants in the value chain.

Technology
The technology appraisal focuses on how the organization uses technology in the context of the business and operating model. Advisory reviews the level of Straight Through Processing and IT support in processes and identifies any functionality gaps. Other areas of focus include IT performance and latency, infrastructure efficiency and architecture.
