Advisory uses a defined methodology


The methodology follows five basics steps. Starting with a hypothesis based issue definition, the project is defined and the objectives specified. Through relevant research, attained from interviews and workshops with key stakeholders and other relevant sources, the project team develops an understanding of the conditions specific to the project. This information forms the basis for the analysis phase in which the hypothesis is validated. The findings are aligned with the strategic goals and recommendations are formulated on how to reach the objectives. Finally, in the implementation phase, the recommendations are translated into action and execution plans.
